Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

A neurodevelopmental disorder commonly diagnosed in childhood, that often last to adulthood. Symptoms may include difficulty paying attention, difficulty controlling impulsive behavior(acting without think about consequences)or being overly active.Children with ADHD may daydream a lot, forget things, have difficulty taking turns, have difficulty getting along with others, squirm, or fidget, talk too much, make careless mistakes, and have a hard time resisting temptation.While these symptoms can last to adulthood, many adults have never been diagnosed.Adults with ADHD may have difficulty with relationships, depression,substance use, inconsistent performance at work, and difficulties with day to day responsibilities.
